Establishes the Idaho Coordinate System of 1983, Single Zone as a statewide coordinate system covering all of Idaho, with a central meridian of 114°00' west of Greenwich and specific coordinate origins at N=1,200,000 meters and E=2,500,000 meters.

Repeals obsolete provisions related to the five-kilometer triangulation limitation (Section 55-1706) and the use of the term "Idaho Coordinate System of 1927, East, Central, West Zone" (Section 55-1707).

Requires plats showing Idaho coordinate system coordinates to display national spatial reference system monuments and their coordinates, the zone, datum, adjustment factor, convergence angle, and computation location.

Updates definitions and technical language throughout Title 50 and Title 55 of Idaho Code regarding land surveys, plats, and coordinate system references.

Clarifies that coordinate descriptions based on the Idaho coordinate system are supplemental to descriptions based on United States public land survey references, with the public land survey description prevailing in case of conflict unless coordinates are upheld by adjudication.
