Increases the percentage of Idaho's state revolving loan fund that may be used for nonpoint source pollution control projects from 5% to 20%

Nonpoint source pollution control projects must be consistent with the state nonpoint source management plan to be eligible for loans

Projects are eligible for loans only if they demonstrate a benefit or nexus to a municipality

Applies to loan contracts entered into by the Idaho Board of Environmental Quality with applicants for nonpoint source pollution control program implementation
