• Defines "prototypical building documents" as technical submissions prepared by licensed architects holding national council of architectural registration boards certification and marked "Prototypical Design Documents Not For Construction."

• Revises residential exemption from three (3) units or "two three (23) stories" to "three (23) stories" in height for single or multiple family residences not requiring architect licensure.

• Adds exemption allowing use of "architect" title by previously licensed architects whose licenses lapsed due to retirement and by out-of-state licensed architects when circumstances would not lead a reasonable person to believe they are offering architectural services in Idaho.
