Amends Idaho Code Section 36-409 to allow the Fish and Game Commission to create rules permitting nonresident hunters to use deer or elk tags to hunt bear, wolf, or mountain lion during open deer or elk seasons.

Nonresident hunters may use a single deer or elk tag to harvest bear, wolf, or mountain lion in the same area, unit, or zone where the deer or elk season is open, as specified by commission rules.

The provision applies only during the open season for deer or elk in the designated area, and the commission retains authority to determine specific rules and geographic limitations for this dual-tag usage.

All tags issued remain subject to existing requirements including serial numbers, validation, and attachment to harvested wildlife according to commission rules.
