Amends Section 54-1508 of Idaho Code regarding the State Board of Optometry's organization, meetings, and expenses.

Changes board member compensation from section 59-509(hn) to section 59-509(h) of Idaho Code.

Compensation remains funded from fees paid under section 54-1506(2) and deposited in the occupational license account established by section 67-2605.

Board continues to meet on or before September 15 each year and select a chairman and secretary from its members.

Three members constitute a quorum, and a majority of members present determine board actions.
