Revises board member compensation for the occupational therapy licensure board to be provided in section 59-509(hn), Idaho Code, instead of separate provisions.

Changes fee deposit procedures so all fees are paid to the bureau of occupational licenses and deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the "occupational therapy licenses account" instead of a separate "occupational therapy licensure fund."

Maintains that all costs and expenses incurred by the licensure board shall be charged against and paid from the licenses account, with collected funds immediately available for chapter administration.

Repeals Section 54-3721, Idaho Code, which previously established the occupational therapy licensure fund as a separate entity.
