Amends Section 39-4302, Idaho Code, to modify compensation provisions for the Modular Building Advisory Board established within the Division of Building Safety.

Board members shall be compensated as provided in section 59-509(fn), Idaho Code, for each day spent in attendance at board meetings.

Board consists of 5 members appointed by the governor: 2 representing manufacturers of modular buildings, 2 representing dealers of modular buildings, and 1 consumer member.

Board members serve three-year terms after initial staggered terms, with no more than 3 members from the same political party at any time.

Board has authority to promulgate rules in accordance with Idaho Code chapter 52, title 67, to implement chapter provisions.
