Adds new Section 54-1770 to Idaho Code defining terms related to anti-epileptic drugs, drug product selection, epilepsy, and seizures

Prohibits pharmacy personnel from substituting therapeutically equivalent drugs (including generics for brand names, brands for generics, or different generic manufacturers) for epilepsy and seizure medications without first notifying the prescriber via facsimile, telephone message, or other appropriate means

Requires pharmacy personnel to notify the patient or patient's representative of any drug product selection made for epilepsy or seizure medications
