Amends Section 54-3308 to change lay board member compensation to be provided under Section 59-509(hn), Idaho Code, instead of the previous compensation structure.

Denturist members of the board continue to receive compensation as provided in Section 59-509(b), Idaho Code, for attending meetings and performing approved duties.

Amends Section 54-3312 to increase the maximum renewal fee for denturist licenses from six hundred dollars to one thousand dollars ($1,000).

Maintains existing maximum fees of $300 for application fees (including examination costs) and $300 for initial license fees.
