Amends Idaho Code Section 9-340C to modify disclosure rules for public official personnel records.

Requires that publicly available personnel information for current or former public officials list only the last name and first initial, rather than full names.

Preserves exceptions allowing full names to be disclosed in public agency writings that are generally made available to the public.

Maintains existing exemptions from disclosure for other sensitive personnel information including home address, telephone number, birth date, sex, race, and marital status without written consent.
