Legislative Description
Amends existing law to reduce the amount of benefits paid in a compensable week by the amount equal to temporary disability benefits received under a worker's compensation law of any state or under a similar law of the United States; and to provide that no charge shall be made to a covered employer's account for benefits paid to a worker who turns down an offer of suitable work because of participation in an approved job training program.
