Legislative Description
Amends existing law to provide that certain rules of the Public Health Districts be submitted for review and comment by the State Board of Environmental Quality, to provide that such rules expire at the end of a regular session of the Legislature if not approved by concurrent resolution and to provide legislative intent regarding certain rules; and declaring certain rules null, void and of no force and effect at the end of the Second Regular Session of the Sixtieth Idaho Legislature.
