From January 2013 to January 2014 and January 2014 to January 2015: Establishes governor's salary at $121,000 and $125,000 respectively, with other officers' salaries set as percentages of the governor's compensation (lieutenant governor at 30%, secretary of state, state controller, and superintendent at 85%, and attorney general at 90%)

Specifies that compensation is paid through regular pay periods and constitutes full payment for all services rendered; prohibits salary increases during an officer's term of office
