Establishes an exemption review process allowing applicants with revoked real estate or professional licenses to request reconsideration after 5 years, requiring the commission to evaluate suitability based on severity of violation, time elapsed, pattern of misconduct, rehabilitation efforts, and relationship to real estate practice.

Allows applicants convicted of felonies to request an exemption review after 5 years from conviction or completion of sentence/probation/parole (whichever is later), with the commission evaluating similar factors including crime severity, time passed, and evidence of rehabilitation.

Applicants requesting exemption reviews bear the burden of proving their current suitability for licensure, and the commission may conduct interviews at its discretion.

Makes technical corrections and updates code references throughout Idaho real estate licensing statutes (sections 54-2015, 54-2026, and 54-2033).

Corrects terminology and references throughout the statute relating to prelicense education requirements and consents to service of process.
