Amends Idaho Code Section 18-2505 to clarify that juveniles charged with or adjudicated for felony-level offenses who escape from juvenile detention facilities are subject to juvenile proceedings under Chapter 5, Title 20, Idaho Code.

Provides that juveniles proceeded against as adults under Idaho Code Sections 20-508 or 20-509 who escape shall be guilty of a felony and subject to adult criminal proceedings.

Amends Idaho Code Section 18-2506 to establish that juveniles charged with or adjudicated for misdemeanor-level offenses who escape from juvenile detention facilities are subject to juvenile proceedings, or felony proceedings if escape involves threat, force, violence, or weapons.

Clarifies that juveniles proceeded against as adults who escape misdemeanor charges are guilty of a misdemeanor (or felony if aggravated circumstances apply) and subject to adult criminal proceedings.

Removes strikethrough language regarding "detention" in electronic monitoring provisions, replacing it with "or monitoring" for both felony and misdemeanor escape statutes.
