• Establishes specific point thresholds for trophy classification: mule deer over 150 points, white-tailed deer over 130 points, and elk over 300 points using the highest of typical or nontypical scores.

• Designates bighorn sheep rams, moose bulls, mountain goats (any male or female), pronghorn antelope bucks with at least one horn exceeding 14 inches, and caribou (any male or female) as trophy animals without point score requirements.
