Amends Section 49-432 of Idaho Code regarding temporary registration permits for vehicles moving on Idaho public highways

Establishes fee schedule for 120-hour permits: $60 for single vehicles and $120 for combinations of vehicles that include one or more unregistered vehicles

Permits issued under subsection (2) for exceeding registered gross vehicle weight are limited to vehicles currently and validly registered in Idaho, with fees ranging from $225 to $350 depending on weight category

Allows applicants to purchase multiple permits in combination at time of purchase, not to exceed 90 days total, with permits limited to three per vehicle annually (excluding fuel and unladen weight permits, transporters, and wreckers)

Authorizes department to select vendors as agents on state highways to sell permits at compensation rate of $3.00 per permit sold
