Amends Idaho Code Section 25-3514 to add equines to the list of animals whose humane slaughter is protected from interference

Clarifies that normal and accepted practices of animal identification and husbandry are those established by guidelines developed and approved by appropriate national or state commodity organizations

Specifies that practices and procedures described in the section shall not be construed as animal cruelty and persons engaged in these activities cannot be charged with cruelty to animals

Protects nine categories of animal-related practices from animal cruelty charges, including veterinary practices, humane slaughter, research, animal destruction, predator control, and commonly accepted exhibitions and competitions
