Removes the definition of "donating entity" and redefines "legend drug" to reference section 54-1705(2830) of Idaho Code with corrected section numbering.

Renumbers definitions for "medically indigent" and "qualifying charitable clinic or center," and specifies that qualifying clinics must act in consultation with a licensed Idaho pharmacist.

Limits the drug donation program to nursing homes as donating entities and revises distribution to qualifying charitable clinics or centers for medically indigent patients.

Allows donation of drugs in single unit dose packaging when the outside packaging is open but the individual doses remain intact and properly sealed and labeled.

Requires the Board of Pharmacy to adopt rules for drug donation by nursing homes including standards for transfer, storage, inspection, distribution, and dispensing of donated drugs to qualifying charitable clinics and centers.
