Amends Idaho Code Section 36-502 to add a new subsection (c) authorizing the release of captured native wildlife classified as predatory or unprotected wildlife that was captured due to activity deleterious to human activity.

Permits release of captured wildlife on private lands within the county of origin or on private lands in adjacent counties, provided the landowner of the release property provides written consent.

Requires written consent to include the date and the number of each species being released.

Maintains existing provisions on possession and transportation of legally taken wildlife, including requirements for proxy statements and proper labeling of shipments.

Continues prohibition on unlawful possession of protected wildlife or parts thereof.
