Amends Section 39-1301 of Idaho Code to add definition of "hospice house" as a facility owned and operated by a Medicare certified hospice agency providing inpatient hospice services consistent with 42 CFR 418.110

Creates new Section 39-1301C establishing that hospice houses and their owner/operator Medicare certified hospice agencies must maintain deemed status through a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services recognized accrediting organization

Exempts Medicare certified hospice agencies and their hospice homes from state of Idaho licensing and certification requirements
