Off-highway vehicle registration fee increases from $12.00 to $14.00, effective January 1, 2010, with vendor retaining $1.50 and remitting $12.50 to the department.

Renewal registration sticker fee also increases from $12.00 to $14.00, with same $1.50 vendor retention and $12.50 remittance to department.

Off-highway vehicle law enforcement fund allocation increases from $1.00 to $3.00 per registration fee, used for law enforcement activities by sheriffs with recognized off-highway vehicle enforcement programs.

Department of lands allocation remains $1.00 per registration for providing off-highway vehicle opportunities and repairing damage related to off-highway vehicle use.

Remaining funds from the $14.00 registration fee continue to be allocated to the motorbike recreation account for department administration and sticker production, with monthly remittance to state treasurer.
