Amends Section 33-3717B, Idaho Code to add new subsection (h) granting resident student status to veterans separated from U.S. armed forces under honorable conditions after at least two years of service who designate Idaho as intended domicile or have Idaho as home of record and enroll within one year of separation.

Requires veterans to actively establish domicile in Idaho within one year of matriculation at a public institution of higher education to maintain resident student status.

Extends resident student status to dependents of qualified veterans who receive at least fifty percent (50%) support from the veteran and are considered resident students under the qualifying veteran's eligibility.

Allows veterans to move to Idaho for the purpose of establishing domicile and still qualify for resident student status under the new provisions.
