Increases the peace officers standards and training fee from $10.00 to $11.50 per conviction.

Fee applies to all persons found guilty of felonies, misdemeanors, infractions, and minor traffic, conservation, or ordinance violations (except parking violations).

Court may waive the fee if the defendant is indigent and unable to pay.

County treasurers must remit collected fees to the state treasurer within five days after month-end for deposit in the peace officers standards and training fund.

Fees are assessed in addition to all other fines and fees levied by the court.
