Removes the Board of Veterinary Medicine's requirement to review and approve applications from candidates requesting authorization to take national licensing examinations in veterinary medicine and veterinary technician national examinations.

Eliminates the Board's responsibility to administer either or both national examinations for veterinary medicine and veterinary technician certification.

Retains the Board's authority to establish a schedule of fees for the review, approval and administration of national licensing and certification examinations, even though the Board will no longer perform these functions.

Maintains all other Board powers and duties related to licensing, certification, discipline, and enforcement of veterinary medicine practices in Idaho.
