Amends Idaho Code Section 54-2115 to add breach of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE) as grounds for disciplinary action against veterinarians.

Defines violation as written notification from the National Board Examination Committee (NBEC) that it has nullified an applicant or licensee's NAVLE score due to admitted cheating or improprieties in taking, administering, or processing the exam.

Alternatively, violation occurs when NBEC obtains a court judgment against an applicant or licensee after proving allegations of cheating or other improprieties in connection with the NAVLE.

Authorizes the veterinary board to refuse, deny, revoke, suspend, sanction, reprimand, restrict, limit, place on probation, or require voluntary surrender of a veterinarian's license in response to such NAVLE breaches.
