Amends Idaho Code Section 18-611 to require physicians with conscience objections to living wills or physician's orders for scope of treatment (POST) to comply with Section 39-4513(2) before withdrawing care and treatment from patients.

Defines "abortifacient" as any drug causing abortion, emergency contraception, or drugs intended to destroy an embryo or fetus.

Prohibits employers from discriminating against health care professionals who decline to provide services violating their conscience unless accommodation poses undue hardship.

Exempts life-threatening situations where health care professionals must provide treatment until an alternate capable professional is available, regardless of conscience objections.

Preserves existing conscience rights under Idaho Code Section 18-612 to the extent those rights are broader than provisions in this section.
