Amends Section 49-1010 of Idaho Code regarding maximum vehicle and load dimensions, including width (8 1/2 feet), height (14 feet), and length limitations based on vehicle type.

Expands exemptions for farm tractors and implements of husbandry to include farmers and their designated agents transporting equipment for repair, maintenance, purchase, or sale at designated facilities during daylight hours.

Limits farm tractors transported on Idaho's interstate system to a maximum width of 9 feet, except as otherwise permitted by Section 49-1004.

Requires farm tractors or implements of husbandry exceeding width limits to display a red or fluorescent orange flag measuring at least 12 by 12 inches on the outermost left projection.

Makes technical corrections to cross-references and paragraph designations in the statute relating to farm equipment size exceptions.
