Appropriates $29,267,200 to the Division of Veterans Services for the period July 1, 2011, through June 30, 2012

General Fund allocation: $1,081,600 for personnel costs and operating expenditures

Miscellaneous Revenue Fund allocation: $13,955,500 for personnel costs, operating expenditures, capital outlay, and trustee and benefit payments

Federal Grant Fund allocation: $13,737,500 for personnel costs, operating expenditures, capital outlay, and trustee and benefit payments

Limits Division of Veterans Services to 304.7 full-time equivalent positions during the fiscal year unless specifically authorized by the Governor, with Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee notification required for any increases
