Amends Section 55-2704, Idaho Code to revise the definition of "floating home moorage marina" or "moorage"

Changes the minimum threshold for a waterfront facility from one to two or more floating homes to qualify as a moorage marina

Excludes marinas or waterfront facilities that consist of private condominiumized units validly created under Idaho law and approved by the Idaho department of lands from the definition of floating home moorage marina

Maintains existing definitions for related terms including "floating home," "landlord," "moorage site," "resident organization," and "tenant"
