Amends Idaho Code Section 36-1101 to add a new subsection (c) clarifying that motorized vehicles used solely for transportation purposes are not prohibited under fish and game laws.

The exemption applies only when the vehicle is not otherwise in violation of the provisions of Section 36-1101, which prohibits hunting from motorized vehicles, molesting wildlife with vehicles, and other specified violations.

Preserves existing allowances for physically disabled persons to hunt from stationary motorized vehicles with a special permit issued by the Idaho Fish and Game Commission at no cost.

Does not affect other wildlife laws and regulations governing hunting methods, use of aircraft, artificial lighting, dogs, or internet-controlled devices.
