Amends Idaho Code Section 33-5202A to restrict the designation of "founder" status at public charter schools to within 180 calendar days of the school's initial day of educational instruction.

Defines a "founder" as a person, including school employees or staff, who makes a material contribution toward establishing a public charter school and is designated as such by the board of directors.

Requires founder designation criteria to not discriminate against any person based on protections under federal or state constitutions or any federal, state, or local law.

Clarifies that founder designation and admission preferences available to founders' children do not constitute pecuniary benefits.

Makes a technical correction to the definitions section of the public charter school statute.
