Amends Idaho Code Section 59-105 to change office space allocation for seven statewide elected officials: governor, lieutenant governor, secretary of state, attorney general, state treasurer, state controller, and superintendent of public instruction.

Changes office location designation from "capitol building" to "capitol building mall."

Modifies rent provisions so statewide elected officials are now subject to rent as calculated by the department of administration rather than occupying offices without rent or charge.

Removes provision that prohibited pay or allowance for rent, fuel, or lights regardless of whether officers occupy their assigned offices.
