Amends Idaho Code Section 67-7015 to establish requirements for readily accessible personal flotation devices on vessels in Idaho waters.

Defines "readily accessible" to mean personal flotation devices must be stored where they can be easily reached or kept out in the open ready for wear.

Prohibits storing personal flotation devices in protective coverings, under seats, in storage areas, or under lock and key.

Requires that persons aboard personal watercraft (jet skis, wave runners) or being towed by motorized vessels (water skis, wake boards, tubes) must wear an approved flotation device for it to be considered readily accessible.

Maintains existing department authority to promulgate equipment regulations for vessels in conformity with federal navigation laws and U.S. Coast Guard regulations.
