General Programs receives $15,349,400 from General Fund ($10,492,800), Hazardous Materials/Waste Enforcement Fund ($67,800), and Federal Grant Fund ($4,788,800).

Postsecondary Programs receives $33,753,100 from General Fund ($33,233,100) and Unrestricted Fund ($520,000).

Reappropriates any unexpended and unencumbered balances from dedicated funds and federal funds appropriated for fiscal year 2011 to be used for nonrecurring expenditures through June 30, 2012.
