College of Southern Idaho receives $10,443,000 ($10,243,000 General Fund, $200,000 Community College Fund)

College of Western Idaho receives $4,247,100 ($4,047,100 General Fund, $200,000 Community College Fund)

North Idaho College receives $8,942,900 ($8,742,900 General Fund, $200,000 Community College Fund)

Exempts the State Board of Education for community colleges from Section 67-3511(2), Idaho Code, allowing unlimited transfers between programs, but prohibits transfers between different funds without express legislative approval
