Amends Section 72-803 of Idaho Code regarding claims for attorney fees, physician services, and medical reimbursements in worker's compensation cases.

Establishes that physician service fees shall be set using relative value units (RBRVS) from the current year, multiplied by conversion factors determined by the commission.

Requires conversion factors to be set for at least six CPT code areas: medicine, surgery, physical medicine, radiology, anesthesia, and pathology.

Mandates annual adjustment of medical reimbursements using the same methodology as Section 56-136, Idaho Code, with the commission adopting rules for these adjustments.

Removes the requirement that initial conversion factors be determined by January 1, 2006, and effective April 1, 2006.
