Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 108 Summary

• Approves all temporary rules adopted by Idaho state agencies under the Administrative Procedure Act and submitted to the Legislature during the 2011 legislative session for review

• Extends previously approved temporary rules from prior regular sessions of the Idaho Legislature

• Temporary rules approved by this resolution remain in effect until they expire by their own terms, are replaced by final rules, or until the conclusion of the Second Regular Session of the Sixty-first Idaho Legislature

• Temporary rules not submitted to the Legislature during the 2011 session automatically expire upon adjournment unless approved by separate concurrent resolution from both houses

• Prevents additional expenses to state agencies that would result from readopting and republishing temporary rules needed for conducting state business
