Creates the Military Division Support Fund in the state treasury with funds to be continually appropriated and invested per Idaho Code section 67-1210.

Authorizes the adjutant general to accept devises, gifts, and donations of real or personal property as trustee for the military division and to manage, sell, exchange, or expend such property.

Requires the adjutant general to provide an annual public report to the board of examiners by July 1st disclosing fund financial status, gifts, donations, property sales, and disbursements.

Board of examiners must approve all gifts of real property and all gifts valued at $250,000 or more before the adjutant general accepts them.

Authorizes the adjutant general to assign military division employees to manage the fund and to request the attorney general to prepare necessary legal documents.
