Adds to existing law relating to water to provide that the Idaho Water Resource Board has prepared and adopted the Comprehensive Aquifer Management Plan for the Rathdrum Prairie Aquifer as a component of the Comprehensive State Water Plan, to provide that the Comprehensive Aquifer Management Plan for the Rathdrum Prairie Aquifer is approved as a component of the Comprehensive State Water Plan and to provide that state agencies shall exercise duties in a manner consistent with the Comprehensive Aquifer Management Plan.
