Legislative Description
Amends existing law to provide that the State Treasurer, as an agent of the State of Idaho is authorized to obtain, maintain and protect a federal trademark on the design of each series of medallions issued and to remove language stating that it is the duty of the State Treasurer to protect each and every trademark.
