Revises the definition of "heating, ventilation and air conditioning contractor" in Section 54-5003, Idaho Code

Changes reference to "decorative gas and solid-fuel burning furnaces" to "decorative gas and solid-fuel burning furnaces appliances" to clarify that furnaces are treated as appliances under the definition

Maintains all other existing definitions related to HVAC apprentices, journeymen, specialty apprentices, specialty contractors, specialty journeymen, and HVAC systems

Preserves the definition of "specialty limited heating" which restricts certain HVAC work to LP gas-fired appliances and excludes boilers, hydronic systems, and systems over 300,000 BTU input rating
