Campaign reporting requirements under Idaho Code sections 67-6601 through 67-6630 now apply to countywide measures including countywide recall elections, with the district court clerk serving as the administrative authority instead of the secretary of state.

Campaign reporting requirements now apply to citywide measures including citywide recall elections in cities with populations of 5,000 or more, with the city clerk and city attorney serving in place of the secretary of state and attorney general respectively.

The definition of "measure" is expanded to explicitly include recall elections for statewide and legislative district offices, with recalls becoming measures upon approval of the recall petition as to form.

Recall elections are treated the same as general elections for purposes of contribution limits, applying the same monetary restrictions that apply to general election campaigns.
