Deletes language requiring the legislative audits section of the legislative services office to review cap increases granted by the state board of education for pupil transportation reimbursement and include findings in audit reports.

Removes the requirement to report instances where cap increases failed to meet standards set forth in Section 33-1006, Idaho Code.

Makes technical corrections to Section 33-1006, Idaho Code relating to the transportation support program without substantively changing other reimbursement provisions.

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
