Amends Idaho Code Section 18-6409 to expand the definition of disturbing the peace to include conduct intended to seriously alarm or harass a person that would cause a reasonable person substantial emotional distress.

Maintains existing prohibitions against loud or unusual noise, tumultuous or offensive conduct, threatening, quarreling, fighting, firing weapons, and using vulgar or profane language in the presence of children.

Adds new misdemeanor offense for anyone who maliciously and willfully disturbs the dignity or reverential nature of any funeral, memorial service, funeral procession, burial ceremony, or viewing of a deceased person.
