Adds new Section 39-1392g to Idaho Code prohibiting health care organizations from denying or revoking medical staff membership based on economic credentialing factors.

Prohibits denial of medical staff membership or privileges based on an applicant's ownership interest in competing health care organizations.

Prohibits denial of medical staff membership or privileges based on an applicant's affiliation with competing health care organizations or status as a competitor to current medical staff members.

Does not require health care organizations to grant privileges for services subject to exclusive contracts or services not offered at that facility.

Does not change existing privilege, confidentiality, and discoverability protections for medical staff information and records under Section 39-1392b.
