Repeals Section 3, Chapter 131, Laws of 2007, which previously restricted employment of certain retirees

Removes the sunset provision from Section 59-1356, Idaho Code, making permanent the rules governing reemployment of retired public employees

Allows retired school teachers or administrators age 62+ who return to employment with a school district to continue receiving retirement benefits without accruing additional service, with no employee contributions required but school districts must pay employer contributions

Eliminates the June 30, 2012 expiration date for the school teacher/administrator reemployment provision, making it permanently applicable

Requires employers to immediately report retired member employment to the retirement board and imposes penalties on employers who fail to report, including repayment of suspended benefits plus interest
