Amends Idaho Code Section 41-4706 to correct code reference and clarify that small employer health insurance rating information shall be considered public if required by other applicable law.

Amends Idaho Code Section 41-5206 to clarify that individual health insurance rating information shall be considered public if required by other applicable law.

Modifies confidentiality provisions in both sections to allow disclosure of proprietary and trade secret information by the insurance director when required by law, in addition to existing exceptions for violations and court orders.

Applies the changes to rating practices documentation and actuarial certifications maintained by small employer and individual health insurance carriers.
