Legislative Description
Amends and adds to existing law to revise provisions regarding gain or loss of residency by reason of absence from the state; to provide that certain overseas voters shall be allowed to vote for federal offices only, to provide a written warning on the application for an absent elector's ballot form; to revise procedures for counting absentee ballots; and to provide that any Secretary of State rules, policies, procedures or printed directives that amend or contravene state statutes shall not be permitted.
