Creates the Idaho Food Freedom Act allowing farm producers and processors to sell products directly to informed end-consumers without state licensing, certification, or inspection when there is only one transaction for home consumption or traditional community social events.

Exempts farm products sold at roadside stands, farms, ranches, or home-based sales facilities directly to informed end-consumers from various state agricultural regulations, including onion grading standards and potato commission requirements.

Requires persons preparing food at roadside stands or farm-based sales facilities to hold a food protection manager certificate and mandates labeling of processed foods for long-term storage with producer name, ingredients, production date, and contact information.

Prohibits unlicensed homemade or directly-sold food from being used in commercial food establishments, except for raw, unprocessed fruits and vegetables.

Revises definitions of "producer," "grower," and "hobbyist beekeeper" across multiple agricultural commodity chapters to exclude those selling only to informed end-consumers at roadside stands, farms, ranches, or home-based facilities.
